At Allstate Plastics, we extrude a large range of standard size PTFE rod from 3/32" diameter to 5" diameter. We also have the capability to centerless grind intermediate sizes up to 2" diameter. Many of our sizes can be supplied in virgin fiber glass, bronze, brass, carbon, graphite, ekonol, moly and a large range of colors. STANDARD TOLERANCES: Up to and including 19/32" +.002/-.000 5/8" up to and including 15/16" +.004/-.0001" up to and including 1 7/8" +.010/-.0002" and above as extruded STANDARD LENGTHS: 6ft & 12ft Other lengths available upon request.
