For over 30 years Allstate Plastics, Inc. has been a competitive priced quality source of PTFE products through out the world. Our experience and commitment to quality and pricing has enabled Allstate Plastics, Inc. to maintain valuable long-standing relationships with many customers – both large and small.

We supply a full range of both extruded and molded PTFE products – rod, tube and basic shapes. Extruded PTFE rod sizes currently range from 3/32” to 5” diameter with plans for 6” in the future, with capabilities to centerless grind intermediate sizes upon request. Extruded PTFE tubing outside the diameters range from ¼” x 5” with wall thickness starting at 1/16”. Also available are molded rod from 1” to 14” diameter and molded tube from 1 ¾” to 14” outside diameter with wall thickness from ½”.

Allstate Plastics, Inc. also offers a full range of shapes including squares, rectangles, hexagonal, half-round and threaded rod. We also run custom profiles based on our customers requirements.

In addition to virgin and reprocessed PTFE many of the aforementioned products can be supplied in a variety of filled compounds including but not limited to fiberglass, colors, bronze, brass, and ekonal. Many sizes are also available in modified PTFE compounds.

Additional services include testing and certification, stress relieving (annealing), radiographic inspection, and custom grinding.
