Quality Control
 
 
To manufacture high quality products consistently and routinely is our number one concern within our Quality Control department. Using our documented Process Control procedures and state-of-the-art testing equipment we can offer our customers the assurance they need that they are purchasing the finest made PTFE products within the industry. Our products are routinely tested in accordance with written procedures adopted for our industry and certification to all applicable material specifications is available upon request. Available tests include but are not limited to tensile strength, specific gravity, dielectric strength, dimensional stability and radiographic inspection. Some of our most common material specification requests are listed below but feel free to challenge us to any specific needs you may have.
 
 
 
 
Credit Policy
 
 
We at Allstate Plastics try to provide our customers with the best possible service and quality at the fairest price. Any complaints are handled promptly and adjusted fairly. In all of our dealings with you as a customer you can be assured of fair and ethical handlings of your orders. Our doors are always open to discuss any problems you may have.

In return, we expect to be paid promptly, our terms are net 30 days. We do expect to be paid within 30 days from the date of invoice. Any invoices that are 60 days of age are automatically put on credit hold. This means we will not produce or release an order until these specific invoices are cleared up. Customers that repeatedly pay us between 60 days and 90 days will be automatically put on C.O.D. or their credit lines will be reduced.
